Individual Speed and Agility
Take your game to the next level by working with Drill House Sport's premier strength and conditioning staff. This is a drop in session for athletes looking to take the next step in their fitness.
Please select which dates you wish to register for. There will only be 10 slots available per session.
Ages
Available to athletes of all ages. With our small grouping and experienced training staff, we will scaffold the training to meet each athlete's needs.
When
Sessions begin the first week of January. Please see the schedule to identify which trainings you would like to attend.
Where
All training sessions will be held out of Drill House Sports located inside of Family Sports Center.
Practices
Drill House offers two speed and agility training sessions per week, 8 sessions in total.

These weekly sessions will be focused on helping athletes to improve their speed and agility both on the ice and off.
Sessions will be held every Monday, 6pm - 7pm, for the month of January.
